V7/x86 Issues

It has generally been the aim of the V7/x86 port to preserve unchanged UNIX Version 7 behavior, even where it differs from subsequent longstanding UNIX practice and may therefore, in some cases, seem wrong.

However, there will inevitably be a number of actual flaws and imperfections in the distribution, either in the added x86 hardware support, or introduced into existing software by the porting process. These are issues whose elimination would bring the software back in line with original or intended V7 behavior.
