This is an a.out-based x86 (IA-32) C compilation system supporting K&R C, "traditional C", and ANSI C up to and including the 1989 standard. The various components are configured to work together, but are distributed separately.

ncc - a C compiler based on ACK and other components

nlibc - a standard C library

asx - a UNIX-style x86 assembler

dsx - a simple x86 disassembler

bsdtools - a link editor together with other a.out tools, once part of 4.4BSD

aout2elf - a utility to convert a.out executables to ELF format
